Your Baby's Academic Day
A Typical Daycare Day!
As much as we’d love to, our babies are not just pampered all day. Posh babies are also engaged in a hands-on curriculum that is specially designed for their age group. The Experience Curriculum is tried and true, and touches on the 5 developmental milestones vital in ensuring proper development during infancy: Social, Emotional, Physical, Language, and Cognitive development.
The Posh Daily schedule of activities reinforces effective curriculum implementation through a process of introduction of the new concept in the morning part of the day, and review and reinforcement in the afternoon. This concept of repetition maximizes the chances that the learning outcome is achieved and retained.
Our Pods
Our nursery is divided into 5 Pods separated primarily by their physical development, and secondarily by their age. This way, parents of infants who are less mobile than others, won’t have the fear of their baby being trampled by another. This categorization also benefits other parents who enjoy the option of having their less active baby with more active babies for extra motivation.
Infants 0-12
Infants 0-12 months enjoy activities primarily within their Pod combined with care determined by parental instructions provided on a monthly basis with designated periods for indoor and outdoor play outside of their Pod.
Infants over 12 months
Infants over 12 months have a schedule that includes time within their Pod, the indoor play area, the Language Lab, the Math & Science Lab, and the outdoor play area rotated every 45 minutes other than lunch, snack, and naptimes.
